By accessing or using this website and/or purchasing products from Bella’s Inspiration, LLC dba Bella&Co (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement. 

 

3. Products & Intended Use
 

Bella&Co products are designed for household pet use only.
 

Products are not intended for: 

• Human consumption or use 

• Medical or veterinary treatment 

• Aggressive chewing or destructive behavior 
   

Pet owners are responsible for supervising their pets during product use. Bella&Co does not guarantee that any product is indestructible. 

 

4. Orders & Payment
 

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. 
 

We reserve the right to: 

• Refuse or cancel any order 

• Limit quantities 

• Correct pricing errors
   

Payment must be received prior to shipment. 

 

5. Shipping & Fulfillment
 

All orders are processed and shipped from Connecticut. 

Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods.

• Carrier delays 

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered 

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer 
   

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 

 

6. Returns & Refunds
 

Returns must comply with our separate Return & Refund Policy.

7. Product Disclaimer
 

Bella&Co products are manufactured using materials believed to be non-toxic and pet-safe when used as intended.
 

However: 

• Individual pet sensitivities may vary 

• No warranty is made regarding durability against excessive chewing 

• Customers must discontinue use if product damage occurs 

• Can be a trip hazard.  Please place in an area with limited foot traffic.
   

Bella&Co is not liable for injuries, ingestion incidents, veterinary expenses, or property damage resulting from misuse or lack of supervision. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

Bella&Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. 

In no event shall Bella&Co’s total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. 

 

9. Indemnification
 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bella&Co from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

12. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island. 

You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. 

 

13. Force Majeure
 

Bella&Co shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, carrier interruptions, or government actions. 

 

14. Changes to These Terms
 

Bella&Co reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. 

 

15. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
