Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, opened pee pad boxes are not eligible for return. 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service within 7 days of deliver.

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or refund at Bella & Co's discretion. Eligible returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Paw pass subscriptions require a minimum of three (3) shipments before cancellation. After the third shipment, you are eligible to cancel your membership.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
