1. Order Processing Time
 

All orders are processed within [2–4 business days], excluding weekends and holidays. 

During high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended. 

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has shipped. 

 

2. Shipping Location
 

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Connecticut warehouse. 

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on: 

  • Package weight 

  • Destination 

  • Carrier rates
     

Estimated delivery timelines vary by location and carrier selection. 

Bella&Co is not responsible for delays caused by: 

  • Weather conditions 

  • Carrier disruptions 

  • Customs processing 

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer 

 

4. Order Tracking
 

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates. 

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
 

Bella&Co is not responsible for: 

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier 

  • Stolen packages 

  • Delivery delays once in the carrier’s possession
     

If a package is lost in transit, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. 

We are happy to assist in providing shipment details when needed. 

 

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 


If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address: 

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

 

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
 

Bella&Co currently ships within the United States only. 
 

If international shipping becomes available: 

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees 

  • Delivery timelines may vary by country 

 

8. Damaged Shipments
 

If your order arrives damaged: 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging 

  • Include your order number 


Bella&Co reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
